The problem with computers is that is becomes very easy to "fix" any parts of your artwork that you particularly hate. It's very tempting to tweak and alter drawings however the end result, whilst correct, often end ups lifeless and dull. Here's a character sketch of Bob "unfixed". Some of the basic drawing is way off, but I'm learning to like the wrongness of my drawing.

I can't see what's wrong with that drawing. You may be able to, but I think it'd be hard for someone other than yourself to be able to tell the difference between intention and accident.
Great work. Any colour work in the pipeline?
Can't remember who said it but I once read that 'style' was just a series of mistakes you make consistantly whic would explain why 'fixing' work can make it dull.
I agree with INJ, don't see what's wrong with the drawing at all.
Is your comic going to be an online thing or is there a publisher or something? Really interested in reading from what you've shown so far.
Cheers for the kind comments. Nope I'm not doing this for a publisher just for me, and for you of course dear readers. I just wanted to see what a Colin Fawcett comic would look like and since I'm getting on a bit if I don't do it now I never will. Encouraging comments like the ones I've been getting make it a LOT easier, so thanks again.
Doing it for yourself is probably the only reason anyone needs.
I really love this drawing.
It has so much character and life about it. I want to know what he`s thinking and going to do next...the mark of a really great drawing is to pull you in and this does that for me.
